Advantage (A.H.C.I.) are a leading provider of Structural Defects Insurance throughout the UK. AHCI operates from 6 regional offices, spread throughout the UK and Northern Ireland, from which 27 Regional Account Managers operate, dealing with Developers daily. 

With 63 full time employees working with various rated insurers, they have provided cover and monitored construction projects to the value in-excess of £7 billion and annually complete in-excess of 7,000 transactions.

Jordan left education and went straight into property, becoming a real estate agent. Seeing a gap in in the market, Jordan…

launched Adapt Finance alongside his father Mark and honorary uncle Stephen in 2014. Being highly regarded as the young, new face of the bridging industry, he was acknowledged as one of the most influential under 35’s in the industry and was listed in the Financial Power List – the only person to feature in both.

A founding member of FIBA (and still the youngest) he launched the association with the opening speech at BAFTA. Jordan has continued to be a key speaker at many industry events, as well as a judge for all the industry award panels.

of the property career ladder, Stephen went on to launch his own estate agency, which grew into multiple branches and notes his proudest moment as winning Estate Agent of the Year.

Stephen’s passion for property moved him into the specialist sector, working alongside investors and property developers for over a decade prior to co-founding Adapt and growing it into one of the UK’s leading property finance brokers. His attention to detail has helped win numerous awards for unparalleled service. He remains committed to education, training and mentoring in both real estate and specialist finance.

co-founder of Adapt Finance, Mark has received national recognition and industry awards as an entrepreneurial and innovative thinker. Over the last 8 years, in-excess of £700m direct to client funding has been introduced into the specialist lending sector. Utilising his extensive network of industry contacts, relationships have been forged with industry stakeholders and funding lines serviced with well-known banks. 

Mark has a broad spectrum of knowledge which allows him to make most proposals work and is an advocate of maintaining relationships with his clients through successful integration as their number one choice when it comes to help with their project.

Eager for a new challenge and to transfer his generic skill set into a different environment, he went on to head up and grow the private client teams at two national law firms before joining Mark and Steve, two of his old clients, at Adapt Finance. 

He displays a calm and methodical approach to transactions which serves the best interests of clients, and his breadth of knowledge has enabled Adapt to broaden their offering in recent years.

His developments range from one off houses up to and including his  largest development to date, which was a scheme of 900+ apartments in Prague, Czech Republic.

Keith has extensive relationships with developers in the UK and Ireland. Along with David, the pair have introduced many of these relationships to Adapt to service some of their funding requirements.

David has extensive experience in both the construction sector and the associated Latent defects insurance market sectors… ​  

David has developed multiple projects in the UK and Europe over a 25-year period. And whilst  his focus over the last 8 years has been in  launching a specialist risk insurance construction business to service developer’s insurance needs, he has still delivered on time and budget some bespoke high end properties for his clients, his latest being an 8,000 sq. ft £4m 6 bedroom detached home.

This Latent defects company now employs directly almost 70 staff and is the 3rd biggest provider in this space. The business deals directly through its 27 relationship managers with hundreds of developers each month.

Gabriel has been involved in delivering significant renewable propositions in Africa and Europe, with expertise in waste to energy and waste tyres/plastics. Since 2001 he has been involved in specialist risk insurance market.

The working environment created within all the business David, Keith and Gabriel are involved in together have encouraged a can-do culture one which everyone is seen as a customer.
