Being highly regarded as the young, new face of the bridging industry, he was acknowledged as one of the most influential under 35’s in the industry and was listed in the Financial Power List – the only person to feature in both.

A founding member of FIBA (and still the youngest) he launched the association with the opening speech at BAFTA. Jordan has continued to be a key speaker at many industry events, as well as a judge for all the industry award panels.

Stephen’s passion for property moved him into the specialist sector, working alongside investors and property developers for over a decade prior to co-founding Adapt and growing it into one of the UK’s leading property finance brokers. His attention to detail has helped win numerous awards for unparalleled service. He remains committed to education, training and mentoring in both real estate and specialist finance.

Managing Director

Graham had a distinguished 30+ year career in the banking industry which included the establishment of the…

North West office of a London centric private bank.
